Groupon vouchers are for specific Man-Hours, you may use those man-hours for preselected services.

Prior to the first service clients are required to do either a virtual tour over zoom or send photos or video of the home or focus areas.

First time clients are required to be present for the first service.

If you wish to have your entire home cleaned, we offer 3 types of cleans based on our professional experience.

  • Basic Standard Routine Maintenance Cleaning Recommended  if you have not had your home professionally cleaned within the past 4 weeks. 
  • Initial Deep Cleaning Recommended if you have not had your home professionally cleaned within the past 4-8 weeks. 
  • Build up Cleaning Recommended if you have not had your home professionally cleaned within the past 2-6 months.
  • Excessive Build Up Recommended if you have not had your home professionally cleaned within the past  6 months.

As a general rule, 1,000 square feet of the house should take 1.5 hours to clean. So a 3,000 square feet home should take 3 man hours to clean, and so on. Different types of jobs like deep cleaning or vacant house cleaning will obviously take more or less time. Depending on the condition of the home a cleaning will require two to three times the amount of time. For the above example 6-9 man hours.

Full House Service has the added benefit of our Fair Go Policy


If the man-hours you purchased do not cover the estimated time for the type of cleaning recommended, for a Deep Clean or Build Up you may upgrade to full house service or purchase additional hours to cover the estimated time. 

You may also switch to a service that requires fewer man-hours. 

If the time purchased does not cover the time needed for standard cleaning you may purchase additional hours or select Here for specific areas. 

We only guarantee specific areas will be completed ONLY IF completed early we ask you to prioritize other the areas until time runs out.

Washing dishes, decluttering, organizing, spot cleaning doors and or walls are all specialty services we provide but are not included in our initial clean/deep clean or standard routine clean. These Additional Cleaning Services require additional man hours.

  • We require a credit or debit card on file before service.


  • We require all clients to have a card on file. If you do not add any hours, a $50 hold will be placed on the card 48 hours prior to your service and will only be charged if you cancel 48 hours or less prior to your appointment. Please see our Payment and Cancelation Policy


  • Every service is based on Man Hours not total hours.




  • Same day and next day services must be booked over the phone.


  • You may book your service directly with us online here BOOK NOW! Your service must fall outside 72 hours (availability is limited in some areas)


  • We do not have any contracts.


  • We have the right to decline the job if we arrive and it is clear the job can not be completed in the time allotted due to excessive clutter, hoarding, toxic, and/or unsafe conditions.
  • Hours may not be able to be added on during service as the specialists are typically on a schedule.
