SERVICES WE DO NOT PROVIDE

• Lifting and moving heavy furniture (requiring another person’s assistance)
• Heavy post construction cleans
• Reaching heights inaccessible on our step ladder and extention dusters
• Cleaning bio-hazardous substances (feces, blood, etc)
• Cleaning infested properties (rodents, bugs, etc)
• We do not clean outside of windows (glass sliding door only)
• We do not clean windows that cannot be reached with a step stool (all other windows services are charged by the hour)
• Pressure washing, we are not insured for this service  ( this requires special equipment) We will refer you to one of our subcontractor partners.
• Extensive grout cleaning (this requires special equipment and tools)
• Extensive deep carpet cleaning/washing—this requires special equipment and tools (but we can refer you to awesome subcontractor providers!)
• Service clients who are disrespectful to our staff
• We do not move large appliances or clean behind large appliances unless they move them for us
• We do not clean art, paintings, sculptures, or pottery 
• We not touch or remove kids art without permission  
• Tvs ,we don’t touch the screen 
• We don’t touch tablets 
• We don’t touch collectibles 
• We don’t touch taxidermy with a vacuum 
• We may not clean inside fridges for first time clients unless it is empty ( lots of fridges are discontinued, don’t want to break a drawer could be impossible to replace, or upset you if condiments get rearranged)  We make an exception for recurring clients but they must sign a waiver.
• We don’t do extensive clean windows, to be properly cleaned & done correctly they need to clean inside and out, this requires screens to be taken out. The screens could be damaged or broken, requires special equipment squeegees ladders
