Purchasing 1 hour of our services gets you 1 insured and background checked specialist with supplies, for 1 hour of service. If we send multiple specialists to your home, then each specialist’s time is billed at the hourly rate then added together.

For example, a 12-hour service is too much for 1 team member, so we may send 2 or 3 specialists to your home. 2  team members would complete a 12-hour service in 6 total hours, 3 team members would do it in 4 total hours. Either way, you get 12 man-hours of service.

Please note: If you have a trainee assigned to your appointment, we automatically increase the total man-hours by 25%. If the trainee is not working but instead shadowing the team leader, their hours do not count against the total man-hours.
