If you have not had your home serviced by a professional in the last month or feel your home needs extra attention, we highly recommend logging into your account and selecting a deep clean/ spring clean for your first service.
Please let your specialist know about any items that you think are not secured properly. This includes items on the wall (art, tv mounts, frames, etc.), as well as loose or fragile furniture. This will help us avoid any surprises or something falling/breaking.
These measures will ensure your home is protected and we meet your expectations.
We ask that all clients are available prior to the first service to discuss these matters. If you are unavailable in person, then you may receive a text or phone call from your specialist prior to service.

For service: If you or anyone in your home is experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or has been exposed as defined by the CDC, we must reschedule your cleaning. Contact the office right away so we can manage your cleaning accordingly. Cleaners will wear gloves and masks the entire time in your home and practice Social Distancing of 6 ft or more from anyone in the home. Customers and anyone home during the cleaning must maintain 6 ft or more distance from the cleaners. The safety of our cleaners and the customers we serve is our greatest responsibility, and these rules are a condition of our ability to clean your home.
Insurance and Liability
Laundry, Moving Appliances and Outside Glass Doors/Windows are not covered by our insurance, therefore a waiver must be signed prior to service. These services are all available within our hourly pricing.
How to prepare for your specialist
If you like us to make your beds please leave the clean linens out for us at the edge of each bed. We will strip the beds and leave the soiled linens inside one the dirty pillow cases.
To ensure the most efficient and perfect service, please make sure the counters have 10 or less items. Counters include kitchen, bathrooms, and any other shelves or flat surfaces.
If you have greater than 10 items you may incur an additional charge if these extras are not selected prior to your service.
