Service Philosophy

At Maid to Perfection, we deliver high-quality, results-based cleaning services designed around speed, consistency, and attention to detail. All team members—whether employees or independent contractors—follow the same standardized checklist, ensuring uniform quality across every home and service tier.

We do not charge hourly for cleaning. Instead, our flat-rate pricing is based on the scope of work and desired results. The only exception is for chores or organizing projects, which are billed hourly as optional add-ons.


Service Tiers Overview

1. MTPC Elite

(Primary Service Area Only: 0–4 miles or within 10 minutes)

Team Structure:

• 3 Cleaning Specialists (who regularly work together)

• Optional 4th Chore Specialist

Features:

• Most efficient and seamless clean

• Always uses company car and tools

• Flat-rate, results-based clean using company checklist

• Chore Specialist is billed separately at $50–$70/hour

• Chore Specialist may stay longer after the cleaning team finishes

Chores Available:

• Always available in the Primary Service Area

• Must be scheduled in advance

• Includes: dishes, laundry (wash & fold), bed-making, fridge clean-out, basic organizing


2. MTPC Deluxe

(Primary Service Area Only)

Team Structure:

• 3 Cleaning Specialists (same team, no 4th member)

Features:

• High-efficiency, systemized clean

• Flat-rate pricing, no built-in chores

• Uses company checklist, car, and tools

Chores Available:

• Always available in the Primary Service Area

• Must be scheduled separately and billed hourly if a chore specialist is available


3. MTPC Premium

(Outside Primary Service Area: 9+ miles or 11+ minutes)

Team Structure:

• 2–3 Cleaning Specialists (may not work together regularly)

Features:

• Flat-rate, results-based clean using same company checklist

• Company car and tools not guaranteed

• Efficiency may vary slightly due to team structure

Chores Available:

• Available based on team member availability

• Not guaranteed outside the Primary Service Area

• Must be scheduled in advance and billed at $50–$70/hour if approved


4. MTPC Signature Solo

(Available in All Areas)

Team Structure:

• 1 Cleaning Specialist (employee or contractor)

Features:

• Personalized, slower-paced clean

• Ideal for custom priorities or when the client is home

• Flat-rate for cleaning; hourly when chores or organizing are requested

Chores Available:

• Available in all areas, pending availability

• Billed at $50–$70/hour

• Includes: laundry, dishes, organizing, fridge clean-out, guest room reset, light event prep


Checklist & Service Standards

• All tiers follow the same company-approved checklist, modified based on the client’s requests

• Our team provides consistent quality, regardless of employee or contractor status

• Every Initial Decleaning uses the same checklist as our standard cleans, but performed more thoroughly

• Often includes wet dusting instead of dry

• Sets the foundation for future maintenance


Chore & Organizing Add-Ons

Chores can be requested with any tier, but availability depends on location:
