All Employees are required to take the COVID-19 training class provided by Maid Training Academy.

This document outlines some of the specific rules for employees of MAID TO PERFECTION CLEANS.

  1. Employees are no longer required to get their temperature scanned every morning only if not feeling well.

  2. COVID-19 policy & protocols for Customers

    •   If you or anyone in your home is experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or has been exposed as defined by the CDC, we must reschedule your cleaning.  Contact the office right away so we can manage your cleaning accordingly.  Cleaners will wear gloves and masks the entire time in your home and practice Social Distancing of 6 ft or more from anyone in the home.  Customers and anyone home during the cleaning must maintain 6 ft or more distance from the cleaners.  The safety of our cleaners and the customers we serve is our greatest responsibility, and these rules are a condition of our ability to clean your home.”
      • All new customers are asked COVID-19 Screening Questions: “Is anyone in the home experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or in the last 14 days been in close contact with someone that tested positive?”
        • What if customers contact us, indicating they recently tested positive for COVID-19?
          • We will apply the CDC rules regarding close contact and contact any cleaners who may have been exposed.
  3. All employees are instructed to wear mask if asked by the client.

    • We will provide new reusable masks every 6 months as well as throw away mask if needed.
  4. We provide each team with hand sanitizer.

    • Every team is provided with a small bottle of Dawn dishwashing soap for tough Spring Cleans or Move-In/Out jobs.  
  5. Our disinfectant “H2Orange2 Sanitizer/Virucide Cleaner” is a environmentally safe cleaner and disinfectant.
